Our Customer Support Department has an important role to play and provide support and assistance to our customers. They are responsible for a wide range of activities, from managing customer complaints, answering a range of customer queries, maximising the recoveries on customer accounts and ultimately making sure an exceptional customer experience is delivered.

Customer Complaints Officer
You’ll manage your own caseload of customer complaints received by telephone, writing, live chat and social media channels, bringing them to a prompt and fair conclusion in line with company procedures whilst ensuring compliance with regulations.
Customer Service Advisor
You’ll take inbound calls from both internal and external customers, take payments, manage loan applications, maintain customer records, and proactively manage issues.
