Our loan agents
Our agents are very important to us – here's a little more information about who they are and what they do
At Morses Club we have around 2000 agents who operate all over the UK. Our agents are based in your community and many used to be our customers, so they know how having a Morses Club loan works.
What do loan agents do?
Morses Club agents are the people who collect your loan repayments. They also complete your loans with you, conduct affordability checks and hand over your cash. They play a very important part in our service as they are the people who deal directly with our customers. They are there to answer your questions and help you deal with any issues you may have.
Being a Morses Club agent
All our agents are self-employed but are supported and equipped to provide help and support to our customers with any questions or issues they may have. We look for people who are friendly and approachable as we know that trust and great customer services are crucial to our business.
Contacting your agent
Your Morses Club agent, as well as collecting your repayments each week, is there to provide support and answer any questions you may have. You can also contact your local branch or our customer service team if you would like to discuss anything about your agent.
We pride ourselves on the friendly, personal service we provide. We would not be able to provide this without our agents. If you're interested in the work that our agents do in more detail – check out our careers page, we're always on the lookout for great people to work with us.
