How to activate your card
- When you take your first loan with Morses Club or update your email address, you will receive an e-mail inviting you to register for the Customer App
- Simply follow the link in the email, setup your username & password and login to the Customer App
- When you have logged in select 'My Cards' and select your card to be activated
- Click on 'Activate' – you will be sent another e-mail with a card activation code
- Enter the activation code and click 'Activate' to activate your card.
- When you have activated your card select 'Retrieve PIN' to get your PIN number and follow the instructions on screen. This can be changed at an ATM if you wish.
- Alternatively, you can call our 24-hour card services line on 0333 202 3643 to activate your card.

- Activate your card
- Check your balance & view your statement
- Retrieve your card PIN
- Report your card lost or stolen
