How to apply for one of our loans
Just like our loans, we've kept our application process simple. It won't take you more than a few minutes to complete, and you'll know if you've been initially approved in less than a minute.
Before you apply, there are a few things to check. To be eligible for one of our loans you need to:
- Be over 18 years of age
- Not have been declared bankrupt, applied for Sequestration, had a Debt Relief Order or an Individual Voluntary Agreement in the last 6 years
You also need to live in the same business area as a Morses Club agent - we'll be able to check this for you based on your address details.
If you think you tick all these boxes then you can get started!
The first thing to do is to complete our online application form. This is a basic, one page form. It gathers some information about you, and asks for some contact details.
You will receive an initial decision about your application in minutes. This is based on your creditworthiness and credit checks will be carried out to determine this. If you have less-than-perfect credit there's no need to be put off; we assess each application individually. As long as you have not been declared bankrupt in the last 6 years, you will be considered for a Morses Club Loan.
You do not need to provide any documents on initial application. If you are approved, your local agent will arrange a convenient time to call round to complete your loan with you. When the agent calls round you will be required to provide some identification documents which they will make a record of. We conduct an affordability assessment for each loan so you’ll also need to provide evidence of income, and outgoings where possible, so we can make sure the loan is manageable. You can find a list of the documents we’ll accept here.
When your loan has been completed - you will get your cash. The whole process could be over within a matter of days and you can spend your cash on whatever you need.
