Under the current restrictions due to Coronavirus we need to be sure that we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of you, your family, our colleagues and Customer Support Associates. We are working to Government advice and our Customer Support Associates will be following strict guidelines whilst in your home.

For an application to proceed you will need to agree:

  • That no-one within the property has symptoms of Covid-19 or is self-isolating or shielding.
  • That no-one within the property has recently returned from another country where it is a government requirement that they remain in quarantine for a specified period.
  • To follow social distancing guidelines, keeping 2 metres (6 feet) apart for the full duration of the visit.
  • To inform Morses Club and your Customer Support Associate of any change of circumstances regarding Covid-19 within your household as soon as they are known.

If you are unable to satisfy any of the above, please contact your Customer Support Associate, local manager or alternatively our contact centre on 0330 045 0719, immediately to cancel the visit.
