Further credit for existing customers
We have two new ways that you can apply for further loans and if approved, receive the funds in your bank account without your agent visiting you.
Over the phone
- Call us or your agent with details of your nominated bank account and we will transfer the money through Faster Payments. It will usually appear within 2 hours, subject to the time of acceptance.
Online through the Customer App
- Apply for further credit anytime, anywhere, and from any device using our Customer App. You can also use the app to view your remaining balance, make loan repayments, and much more!
How does it work?
Simply let your agent know you're interested in further credit and they can discuss what options are available to you and complete the loan application with you over the telephone.
All new loan applications are subject to the same credit and affordability checks, to help us make sure the loan is suitable for you.
To receive further credit, you must be registered on the Customer App so that you can accept our Agreement and the Terms & Conditions.

Does my bank accept Faster Payments?
Most banks will accept faster payments, including the following;
The Access Bank UK, Atom Bank, Barclays, BFC Bank, Bó, Citi Bank, ClearBank, Clydesdale Bank, The Co-operative Bank, CreDec, Danske Bank, Ebury, Elavon, HSBC, LHV, Lloyds Bank, Metro Bank, Modulr, Monzo, N26 Bank, Prepay Solutions, Revolut, Santander, Spectrum Credit Union, Starling Bank, Transfer Wise, TSB, Turkish Bank UK, Virgin Money.
Please note, a very small number of UK accounts such as some savings accounts, do not accept Faster Payments. You can use the sort code checker, to see if your account will accept them.
What if my Morses Club Card has expired?
If your Morses Club Card has expired, you can either contact our Customer Service Team so they can order you a replacement card or have the money transferred straight to your bank account.
I'm an existing customer, how do I apply for an additional loan?
Please speak directly to your agent or login to the Customer App to let us know you are interested. Your agent will take you through the loan process over the telephone.
What happens once my application for further credit has been approved?
If your request for further credit has been accepted, you will need to login to the Customer App and accept the Agreement and the Terms & Conditions within 24 hours (after this time, the new loan offer will be removed).
When will I get my loan?
It takes 2 hours for approved loans to be funded, between the hours of 8am and 10pm, however the funds will only be transferred once the Agreement and the Terms & Conditions on the App have been accepted.
What do I do if I've not received my loan?
If you've not received your money, please contact our Customer Service Team and they will be able to help you further.
