I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here

The public’s favourite I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here moments where celebrities are made to squirm when faced with their fears and challenged with eating exotic animal bits for our entertainment is finally back. Some have suggested a name change to ‘Am I a Celeb?’ but whatever your opinions on the celebrities level of fame, the show can always be trusted to pick some great entertainers. Let’s relive the most memorable moments together!

1. Vicky Pattison’s best bits

I’m a Celeb: Extra Jungle’s new co-presenter and Queen of the Jungle 2015, Vicky Pattinson, was a fantastic entertainer who won the public’s hearts and votes – in bushtucker trials and in victory. Her one liners and determination in trials are all too good to just pick one best moment.

2. Ferne McCann’s hairy mouthful

Arguably the most shocking bushtucker eating trial, Ferne accepted the challenge of crunching down on an alive, large spider trapped under a glass as if it had just been caught from a giant’s house. A moment not to be watched by the faint hearted!

3. Gemma Collins’ short stay in the Jungle

The Only Way is Essex star broke records when she managed a gruelling three whole days in the Jungle before throwing in the towel. Gemma didn’t quite become Bear Grylls as she had predicted, but three days of constantly complaining still managed to make her one of the show’s most entertaining contestants.

4. Joey Essex’s encounter with a dragon

Ever entertaining reality star and dim-witted jungle contestant, Joey’s path crossed a dragon – not the fiery, flying, mythical kind but a Komodo dragon crawling by the bridge. His naïve nature made some dim moments quite funny and sweet.

5. Gillian McKeith’s fainting spells

Tantrums and funny turns, Gillian made a name for herself in the Jungle as a bit of a drama queen. From controversially stitching contraband salt into her kickers to her Oscar bated performance as ‘fainting damsel’ in the live trial, she was an unforgettable character. The shining moment though was when medic Bob gained new hero status when he came to the rescue and swept poor, Gillian in his safe strong arms.

6. Ant and Dec

Can you name a more iconic duo than Ant and Dec? Never! The pair of national treasures and lovable Geordies make the show what it is through their punchy one liners, elaborate anecdotes and cheesy skits. They are never afraid to take the mick out of the contestants or themselves so it’s no surprise the next three weeks are going to make very funny telly.
