A step by step guide to register for the Morses Club Customer App

If you haven't yet registered for the Customer App or have tried to and had problems, we've put together this handy guide to help you. It shouldn't take you long to register and all you need to get started is your customer ID and some personal details.

To register for the Customer App, we need to know your email address beforehand. So if you haven’t provided us with it yet, please speak with your agent or contact our Customer Services Team who will be able to update your account.

Step 1 – Registration details

To get started with the registration you will need to enter some of your personal information, as well as your customer ID.

Your customer ID is an 8-digit number that can be found on your loan agreement. If you can’t find this don’t worry, get in touch with your agent and they should be able to provide it, alternatively you can contact our Customer Services Team.

Step 2 – Accepting T’s & C’s

For the next step you will have to carefully read our terms and conditions for the Customer App. If you’re happy with them, press the accept button at the bottom of the page.

Step 3 – Enter unique password

We will email you with a unique password to the address linked to your account. You will have to log into your emails, copy the password and paste it into the box on the screen above. Press the next button and it will take you to the next step.

The password is only valid for 15 minutes, so please enter it as soon as you receive it.

Step 4 – Create a password

Next we will ask you to create your own secure password – you will need to enter this every time you log into the Customer App. If your initial choice of password is not strong enough, you must select a more secure combination before you can carry on.

Step 5 – Setting Security questions

For the final step we will ask you to set a minimum of 2 security questions. You will be asked these if you forget any of your login information. When you have chosen them, please press the confirm button.

Congratulations. You can now mange your loan online through our Customer App.
