Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, but it can be difficult to treat someone special to a nice meal without breaking the bank. To help you out, we’ve provided some top tips on how to get the most out of your money, as well as rounded up some of our favourite food offers this Valentine’s season.
1. Always make sure that you’re reading the small print on your vouchers– often they can’t be used on weekends or past a certain time, or only in certain locations - so do your research. The last thing you want to do is to be hit with a big bill after a romantic meal
2. A lot of the offers can’t be used on Valentine’s Day itself, so if you and your partner don’t mind waiting, try celebrating a day or two after – or before if you’re keen.
3. How about staying in? A lot of supermarkets are offering a fantastic dine in options, which generally include starters, side, main, desert, and a bottle of wine…now that’s good value!
5. And finally - here are a few of our favourite restaurant offers – what takes your fancy?
Loch Fyne – 30% off Mains from the A La Carte Menu
Zizzis – 3 Course Meal for £19.95
Prezzos – 2 courses for £19.95 including Prosecco
TGI Fridays – Downtown, Midtown and Uptown Food Offers – Monday to Thursday exc. Bank holidays
